14-Day Right to Return
Under UK Consumer Rights (Distance Selling) Regulations and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your LuminaVita order.
This is your statutory consumer right and applies to all purchases.
Conditions for Returns
What Can Be Returned?
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unopened, unused LuminaVita packages in original packaging
- Items returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Products with proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or email)
What Cannot Be Returned?
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Opened or used products - for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened food supplements cannot be accepted back or refunded
- Products returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items returned without proof of purchase
- Damaged items (unless damage was caused by courier mishandling)
How to Return an Item

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Step 3: Pack and Ship
Pack your unopened product securely and affix the prepaid return label. Drop off at any Royal Mail or courier location.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Process
How Refunds Are Issued
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund issued via bank transfer to the account provided
- Card Payments: Refund credited directly to your card (may take 3-5 working days to appear)
When Refunds Are Processed
- Receipt: Refund processing begins once we receive your return
- Inspection: We verify the product is unopened and in original condition
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after verification
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 working days for funds to appear in your account
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Return postage is completely free. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it off at any Royal Mail or courier location.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your LuminaVita arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- Do not open or use the product if possible
- We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement
- Replacement shipping is free
Cancellation Before Delivery
You can cancel your order free of charge at any point before your package is dispatched. Simply contact us during the confirmation call or within the same working day. Once your order has been dispatched, the 14-day return policy applies.
