Payment

  • Card (Visa or Mastercard) to the courier

No advance payment is required. Your information is not shared with payment processors before delivery.

We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of confirmation. Delivery times vary by region (typically 2-7 working days). Delivery is at the address you provide during order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under UK Consumer Rights legislation, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery without penalty, provided the product is unopened and unused.

  • Return period: 14 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Refund: Full refund issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product
  • Return shipping: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you

Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
